Epiphonema
Epiphonema \Ep`i*pho*ne"ma\, n. [L., fr. Gr. 'epifw`nhma, fr. 'epifwnei^n to mention; 'epi` + fwnei^n to speak.] (Rhet.) An exclamatory sentence, or striking reflection, which sums up or concludes a discourse.
