Ensiferum (Latin ēnsiferum, n adj., meaning "sword bearing") is a Finnish folk metal band from Helsinki. The members of the band label themselves as "melodic folk metal."

Ensiferum is the first album by the Finnish folk metal band Ensiferum. It was released on January 7, 2001 on Spinefarm Records.
