Ekkatuthangal is in Chennai city, Tamil Nadu, India. It is surrounded by Jafferkhanpet, Guindy, and Ramapuram.
The neighbourhood is known for the development of factories using Lathes & Millings. Our Neighbourhood is Located close to the Kathipara Junction which is the centre point of the city connects CMBT, Chennai International Airport, Chennai Central railway station, Sriperumbudur and abutting the Guindy Industrial Estate, the region is experiencing rapid growth including technology parks, namely, Olympia Tech Park, Thamarai Tech Park and Virtusa and five-star luxury hotels such as Hilton Chennai. The Chennai Metro railway station at Ekkatuthangal became operationl on 29 June 2015.
