Efil (, also Romanized as Efīl) is a village in Qeshlaq Rural District, in the Central District of Ahar County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 1,639, in 376 families. It is quite isolated, with the nearest major airport 116km away.
