Eastern Standard Time is the second album released by the Alan Baylock Jazz Orchestra, a Washington, D.C.-based big band. Following the critically acclaimed debut album Two Seconds to Midnight, Eastern Standard Time follows much the same format, providing a selection of innovative arrangements on established jazz standards by bandleader/composer/arranger Alan Baylock. This album also features guest artist and tenor saxophonist Jerry Bergonzi. It was recorded February 3, 7, and April 15 at Bias Recording Studios in Springfield, VA.
