DYAC-TV channel 23, is the flagship station of Philippine sports television network ABS-CBN Sports and Action, a fully owned subsidiary of ABS-CBN Corporation. Its studio is located at ABS-CBN Complex, North Road, Jagobiao, Mandaue City, and the transmitter is located at Mt. Busay, Babag I, Cebu City.
