DWEL-FM, branded as MOR 95.5 For Life! is a FM station owned and operated by ABS-CBN Corporation in the Philippines. Its studio is located at 2/F CAP Building Brgy. 9, Balintawak St., cor. F.R. Castro Ave., Laoag City, near Laoag City Hall. While its transmitter is located at San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte. MOR 95.5 Laoag operates daily from 4:00 AM to 12:00 AM and except Holy Week of each year where its signs-off at midnight of Maundy Thursday and lasts until 4:00 AM of Easter Sunday.
