Dufferin (TTC)

Dufferin is a subway station on the Bloor–Danforth line in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is located at Dufferin Street just north of Bloor Street West. It opened in 1966 as part of the original segment of the subway line.

Dufferin (electoral district)

Dufferin was a federal electoral district represented in the Canadian House of Commons from 1904 to 1925. It was located in the province of Ontario. This riding was created in 1903 from parts of Cardwell, Grey East, Simcoe South, Wellington Centre and Wellington North ridings.

It consisted of the county of Dufferin.

The electoral district was abolished in 1924 when it was merged with Simcoe South to create the new electoral district of Dufferin—Simcoe.

Dufferin (Manitoba provincial electoral district)

Dufferin is a former provincial electoral division in Manitoba, Canada. It was originally created in 1879 as two divisions, Dufferin North and Dufferin South. Dufferin was consolidated into a single constituency for the 1888 provincial election, but was eliminated with the 1892 election.

Dufferin returned to the electoral map for the 1903 election, and was eliminated through redistribution in 1969.

The constituency was represented for many years by Rodmond Palen Roblin, who served as Premier of Manitoba from 1900 to 1915. Roblin's grandson, who also served as premier, was named "Dufferin".

Dufferin (barony)

Dufferin is a historic barony in County Down, Northern Ireland. It is on the south-east shore of Strangford Lough, and is bordered by three other baronies: Castlereagh Lower to the north; Castlereagh Upper to the west; and Lecale Lower to the south.
