Dornakal is a census town in Warangal district of Telangana, India. The town is important as a Railway Junction where a branch line emanates to Manuguru and is also on the Vijayawada - Warangal mainline it connects South India. Dornakal is the headquarters of the Diocese of Dornakal of the Church of South India, and is the second largest ''Diocese in Asia. ''
