Dokuchaievsk
Dokuchaievsk is a city of oblast significance in Donetsk Oblast ( province) of Ukraine. The city is located on the river Sukha Volnovakha and is surrounded by Volnovakha Raion, which it does not belong to. Population: ; 24,383 (2001).
Starting Mid-April 2014 pro-Russian separatists captured Dokuchaievsk and several other towns in Donetsk Oblast. Since then the city is controlled by the Donetsk People's Republic.
