Dobradinha
The word is also used for an achievement in Portuguese football. Dobradinha is a dish made with tripe.
It originated from Northeast Brazilian cuisine, where it is called dobrada or tripas. Hence, the northern inhabitants are called tripeiros for their ancestral dishes. It is a traditional dish in Brazilian cuisine.
