Dirpy
Dirpy is a free online service that allows users to download and transcode YouTube videos. The service was shut down on November 7, 2010, with Dirpy stating that they lacked the "resources to continue improving and growing Dirpy", but later returned. Dirpy also includes a bookmarklet.
The service, which is officially in Beta, is described as easy to use.
