Dictamnus \Dic*tam"nus\ (d[i^]k*t[a^]m"n[u^]s), n. [L. See Dittany.] (Bot.) A suffrutescent herb, Dictamnus Fraxinella (the only species), with strong perfume and showy flowers. The volatile oil of the leaves is highly inflammable.
