Dibenzylideneacetone
Dibenzylideneacetone or dibenzalacetone, often abbreviated dba, is an organic compound with the formula CHO. It is a pale-yellow solid insoluble in water, but soluble in ethanol. Dibenzylideneacetone is used as a component in sunscreens and as a ligand in organometallic chemistry.
