Desulo, Dèsulu in sardinian language, is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Nuoro in the Italian region Sardinia, located about north of Cagliari and about south of Nuoro. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,737 and an area of .
The municipality of Desulo contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Issiria, Ovolaccio, and Asuai.
