The company is owned by the Transaction Services Group based out of New Zealand Debitsuccess is a global direct debit billing service business with offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth, Australia and also in Auckland, New Zealand. Formerly known as Adfit Membership Services, the company was founded in 1994 by then-CEO Ewan Greig. The Australian arm of the business is headed by former Fairfax Digital senior executive Davin Miller whilst Group CEO Craig Marshall oversees operations of the New Zealand market.

Debitsuccess specialises in providing a payment processing service to leading organisations, primarily within the fitness industry. In addition to their traditional direct debit payment processing services, Debitsuccess provides call centre customer management and credit control. In 2012, Debitsuccess launched an online lay-by payment tool, targeted at retailers. As of 2012, Debitsuccess provides employment to more than 120 people in customer service, credit control, information technology, sales, marketing and account management.

Major clients in Australia (as at November 2012) include Genesis Health Club, EBP Fitness, Goodlife Health Club, Fitness Firm, Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs Rugby League Club, Brisbane Broncos Rugby League Club, HRV Fitness and Open Colleges. Clients in New Zealand (as of the same date) include the New Zealand Institute of Golf, New Zealand Warriors Rugby League Club, CLM Health & Fitness and TicketDirect.
