D'Estaville

d’Estaville Estate was a property where a bluestone house built by architects Knight & Kerr for Sir William Foster Stawell was completed in 1859 in Kew, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. d’Estaville is architecturally important as a unique example of only residential work of Knight & Kerr and in exhibiting the aesthetic characteristics of the Italianate architecture style. In Stawell's later years, the decision was made to subdivide the large property and sell off land. d'Estaville now refers to the bluestone building at 7 Barry Street, the original property which now remains at the location.
