Cozmeni (, Hungarian pronunciation:) is a commune in Harghita County, Romania. It lies in the Székely Land, an ethno-cultural region in eastern Transylvania, and is composed of two villages:
- Cozmeni / Csíkkozmás
- Lăzăreşti / Lázárfalva
