Coppingford
Coppingford is a village in Cambridgeshire, England. Coppingford lies approximately north-west of Huntingdon. Coppingford is in the civil parish of Upton and Coppingford where the population at the 2011 Census was 202. Coppingford is situated within Huntingdonshire which is a non-metropolitan district of Cambridgeshire as well as being a historic county of England. The main manor house, still in existence, dates from about 1200.
Its name came from Old Norse Kaupmanna = "of the merchants" + Anglo-Saxon ford = " ford".
