The company has cloud locations in Zurich, San Jose, California, Washington, D.C., Miami, Florida, Honolulu, Hawaii, Perth, Australia and Manila, Philippines. It hosts its servers in primarily Equinix data centres, as well as powering the DRFortress cloud in Hawaii. CloudSigma provides services on a utility computing basis with open networking and software layer. It has been recognised by the industry as an innovator in the field of infrastructure-as-a-service for its utility approach and open platform. It was the first to offer Solaris cloud servers and a number of other related service components. End users remain in full administrative control and are able to manage their virtual instances via its web-based provisioning portal or via API created by the company itself.
