Cleanify was founded in 2012 by Amanda Potter, Justin Potter, and Luis Sanchez in Vancouver, BC. The company is currently headquartered in San Francisco with a satellite office in Vancouver. It currently operates in Canada and United States.
In October 2015, Cleanify acquired the Canadian operations of Berlin-based Helpling for an undisclosed amount.
