What is "cibi-fm"

CIBI-FM was a Canadian Weatheradio station, which broadcasts weather alerts at 102.5 FM in Britt, Ontario.

Operated by Environment Canada's Meteorological Service of Canada, using facilities owned by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, the station was licensed on January 21, 2003. The station, however, was never built and is currently off the air.
