Chowkideki
Chowkidekhi is a neighborhood of Sylhet District, Bangladesh. Chowkideki is situated next to tea garden, it has two Mosques and a Madrasa (Islamic school). There is a cemetery named after Syed Nasir Uddin Shah which contains his Mazar (burial place) many people believe that when he died he body was laid on a wooden bed (locally called chowkidekhi), when people turned around his body just vanished. That's where the name "Chowkidekhi" came from meaning vanished from sight. The neighborhood is about 3 miles south of Sylhet Osmani International Airport.
