Chirnogeni is a commune in Constanţa County, Romania.
The commune includes two villages:
- Chirnogeni (historical name: Ghiuvenlia, ), named after Chirnogi, whence many settlers came
- Credinţa (historical name: Sofular, )
- Plopeni (historical name: Cavaclar, )
