Chełmica-Cukrownia is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Fabianki, within Włocławek County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. It lies approximately north of Fabianki, north-east of Włocławek, and south-east of Toruń.
