Cewków (, Tsivkiv) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Stary Dzików, within Lubaczów County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. It lies approximately west of Stary Dzików, north-west of Lubaczów, and east of the regional capital Rzeszów.
The village has a population of 1,800.
