Cervere is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Cuneo in the Italian region Piedmont, located about south of Turin and about northeast of Cuneo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,932 and an area of .
The municipality of Cervere contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Grinzano, Montarossa, Tetti Chiaramelli, and Tetti Paglieri.
Cervere borders the following municipalities: Cherasco, Fossano, Marene, Salmour, and Savigliano.
