Cavezzo is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Modena in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna, located about northwest of Bologna and about northeast of Modena. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 7,072 and an area of .
The municipality of Cavezzo contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Motta and Disvetro.
