Butterly (first name and dates unknown) was an English first-class cricketer who made one appearance for T. A. Smith's XI in 1787, scoring five runs. Butterly played for Assheton Smith's team against the Earl of Winchilsea's XI on 16 July 1787 at Perriam Down, Winchilsea's XI winning by 79 runs.
