What is "brrr!"

Brrr! is an Atlanta-based clothing brand that makes accessories, home goods and clothing made of fabric designed to stay cool. It was created by two former Spanx executives, Tosha Hays and Mary-Cathryn Kolb. Brrr!'s first product line, which debuted on its website in May 2015, included scarves and clutches made with patent-pending technology that makes the company's products permanently cool, with fabric powered by air.
