Bittereinder is an Afrikaans rap/ electro band from Pretoria, South Africa. The band consists of Jaco van der Merwe (acclaimed lyricist and rapper), Peach van Pletzen (award-winning musician, engineer and producer) and Louis Minnaar (award-winning visual artist, director, VJ and producer). They have performed at most major South African festivals and have also done extensive touring in the Netherlands. They are well known for their high-energy live performances.

Bittereinder have released four official studio albums; 'n Ware Verhaal (2010), Die Dinkdansmasjien (2012), Skerm (2014) and Dans tot die dood (2015)
