Wikipedia Bhatoora Bhatoora, bhatura or batoora, ( Hindi: भटूरा, , Punjabi: ਭਟੂਰਾ) is a fluffy deep-fried leavened bread from the Indian Subcontinent. It is often eaten with chickpea curry, chole or channe, making the traditional dish chole bhature.
