Belvidere (Belmont, New York)

Belvidere, also known as Villa Belvidere is a historic home located in Angelica, near Belmont, Allegany County, New York. It is an outstanding example of Federal architecture, built in 1804 from plans attributed to Benjamin Henry Latrobe. It was built by early settler John Barker Church, former English Member of Parliament and brother-in-law of Alexander Hamilton through his wife Angelica Schuyler Church. It is a large stone-and-brick mansion with a -story central block over a partial basement, a 2-story over basement east wing, and -story service wing. The house contains 30 rooms and 13 fireplaces. Also on the five acre site are a nine-sided barn and hexagonal tea house, which was built in 1806.

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1972.

Belvidere (Amtrak station)

The Belvidere Amtrak Station is a proposed train station in Belvidere, Illinois, for a new Chicago– Rockford– Dubuque Amtrak corridor scheduled to start by the end of 2015. Originally, the route would have run on the same tracks as the former Black Hawk line used from 1974 to 1981, omitting Belvidere. However, following unsuccessful negotiations with the Canadian National Railway (owner of former Black Hawk line's route), the state of Illinois switched to a new route along the Union Pacific Railroad which includes Belvidere and Huntley. Funding for the platform comes from the state, while it will be up to the city to fund the station building's construction. On July 3, 2014, it was announced that the Belvidere station plans were almost completed and construction was to start in October 2014, with opening in late 2015.

Belvidere, also known as the Exum Newby House and Lamb House, is a historic plantation house located at Belvidere, Perquimans County, North Carolina. It was built about 1767, and is a 1 1/2-story, five bay, frame dwelling with an unusual hip on gambrel roof. The Georgian style dwelling is sheathed in weatherboard and rests on a brick pier foundation. In the mid-1970s, Belvidere was sold to radio personality Wolfman Jack.

The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1977.

Belvidere, also known as the Boyd House, is a historic plantation house located near Williamsboro, Vance County, North Carolina. It is attributed to noted architect Jacob W. Holt and built about 1850. It is a two-story, double-pile frame Greek Revival / Italianate style frame dwelling. It has a high hipped roof with bracketed eaves. The front facade features a full-width porch with hipped roof and brackets. Also on the property is a contributing one-story, heavy timber frame school house (c. 1850).

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.
