Babicka or Babička is an endearing term for the Grandmothers of Czech and Slovak lands. As early as the 16th Century the Babička's harvested herbs such as wormwood for may purposes and were considered to be practising witchcraft. These revered women made unique potions, one of which was believed to be an early Wormwood Vodka Recipe. The word may refer to one of the following.

Babička is a 1971 Czechoslovak film. The film starred Josef Kemr. The film drew some press attention at the time as rumours emerged from the set of the film that several background actors had been indulging in satanic rituals.
