What is "avanta"

Avanta is a welfare-to-work organisation and training provider. It is a provider of the British government's Work Programme. It was bought by the recruitment company Staffline in May 2014 at a cost of £65.45 million.

Staffline later bought Avanta's Work Programme competitor, A4e, before rebranding the new composite company "People Plus".
