What is "auticon"

Auticon is a London and Munich-based information and communication technology consulting firm that exclusively employs adults on the autism spectrum as ICT consultants. Auticon identifies as a social enterprise. Services mainly focus on ICT quality management, including transformation, migration, business & data intelligence, security and deep web analysis, as well as compliance and reporting.

Auticon currently employs approximately 80 members of staff, two thirds of which are on the autism spectrum. Next to its UK office in London, Auticon runs offices in Paris, Berlin, Munich, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Stuttgart and Hamburg.
