Ataxic fever

Ataxic \A*tax"ic\, a. [Cf. F. ataxique. See Ataxia.] (Med.) Characterized by ataxy, that is,

  1. by great irregularity of functions or symptoms, or

  2. by a lack of coordinating power in movements.
