Aradhana (1987 film)

Aaradhana ( Telugu: ఆరాధన English Meaning : Admiration) is a 1987 Indian Telugu romance film directed by Bharathiraja. It stars Chiranjeevi, Suhasini, Rajasekhar, and Radhika in important roles. Music was scored by Ilayaraja. Allu Aravind produced this film on his home production, Geetha Arts. It was a remake of Bharathiraja's Tamil film " Kadalora Kavithaigal" starring Sathyaraj and Rekha.

Aradhana (1969 film)

Aradhana is a 1969 Indian romantic drama film directed by Shakti Samanta, starring Sharmila Tagore and Rajesh Khanna. It was voted as the best film of the year by the Filmfare Awards.

It is loosely based on the American film To Each His Own (1946) that won Olivia de Havilland her first Academy Award as Best Actress. Sharmila Tagore would also win her first Filmfare Best Actress Award for playing the same role in this film. Originally released in Hindi and dubbed in Bengali, Aradhana's huge success led to two remakes, both starring Vanisri in Tagore's role: the Tamil film Sivakamiyin Selvan (1974) and the Telugu film Kannavari Kalalu (1974).

Aradhana ( Telugu: ఆరాధన) (English meaning : Devotion) is a 1962 Telugu movie directed by V. Madhusudhan Rao, starring Akkineni Nageswara Rao and Savitri, under the banner of Jagapati Art productions. It is a love story involving four characters based on Bengali film Sagarika. Savitri played the main character Anuradha in the movie. Her character is a mixture of love, sacrifice, responsibility and service. The video clip of the song Ohoho Mavayya was shot in colour.
