What is "apecchio"

Apecchio is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Pesaro e Urbino in the Italian region Marche, located about west of Ancona and about southwest of Pesaro.

The economy is mostly based on small-scale handicraft, agriculture (production of tartufo and lumber) and tourism. The Biscubio flows near the town.
