Antheus
In Greek mythology, Antheus (Ἀνθεύς) may refer to:
- Antheus, surname of Dionysus in Anthea, Achaea.
- Antheus of Lyctus, son of Agelaus and a soldier in the army of Dionysus, killed by Deriades.
- Antheus, a youth of Halicarnassus loved and killed by Cleoboea (Philaechme).
- Antheus, son of Nomion, father of Aegypius.
- Antheus, a companion of Aeneas reunited with him in Carthage after being separated during the storm, and later a participant in the war against Turnus.
- Antheus, a warrior killed in the battle of the Seven against Thebes.
- Antheus, a young son of Antenor beloved by both Paris and Deiphobus and accidentally killed by Paris during a game, as a result of which incident Paris had to flee to king Menelaus' court, from where he abducted Helen.
