Anthanthrone
Anthanthrone is an organic compound that is classified as a polycyclic aromatic diketone. It is prepared by cyclization of 1,1'-dinaphthyl-8,8'-dicarboxylic acid. By bromination, it is a precursor to 4,10-dibromoanthanthrone, also known as Pigment Red 168.
