Aniyathipraavu ( English: Younger Sister Dove) is a 1997 Malayalam musical- romance film directed by Fazil and produced by Swargachitra Appachan. It stars Kunchacko Boban and Shalini in the lead roles. The film tells a love story, about Sudhish Kumar (Kunchacko Boban) and Mini (Shalini) who fell in love despite being from two different religious communities. The music was composed by Ouseppachan with the lyrics by S. Ramesan Nair.
The film and the music was a trendsetter and was the Biggest Seller of the Year..Aniyathipravu was one of the biggest hits in the history of Malayalam cinema. Fazil remade it into the Tamil film Kadhalukku Mariyadhai (1997) and Priyadarshan adapted the story for his Hindi film Doli Saja Ke Rakhna (1998).
