Anicca (album)

Anicca is an album by the Japanese noise musician Merzbow. The first track was recorded at Tin Pan Alley Studios in London, England. The title refers to the Buddhist concept of impermanence.

The album Protean World also features photos of an overgrown, ruined building, and was recorded at the same time as the last two tracks of Anicca.

Usage examples of "anicca".

On an alien planet like Anicca, people clung to such symbols ferociously.

Compared to our sisters in other places and times, women on Anicca were paragons of restraint.

Millennia before humans colonized the planet, Anicca had housed an alien race whom archeologists called Las Fuentes.

On Anicca, almost every Fuentes fountain had an associated temple or lamasery.

And unlike rivers back home on Anicca, the Grindstone had no snags where I might get caught: Muta was millions of years away from having trees, and therefore millions of years from having significant deadfalls blocking the stream.
