Alvai or Alvaay ( Alvāy) is a coastal village in Vadamaraadchi, northern Jaffna Peninsula, Sri Lanka. It is located from the city of Jaffna or from the town of Point Pedro.
Panai Munai (Point Palmyra), the northernmost point of Sri Lanka, is in Alvai.
