Almafuerte is a Heavy metal band from Argentina, formed by bassist and lead singer Ricardo Iorio in 1995 after the dissolution of Hermética.

Almafuerte is a 1949 Argentine drama film directed by Luis César Amadori and written by Belisario García Villar. The film is a biography of the Argentine poet Pedro Bonifacio Palacios ("Almafuerte"). The film starred Narciso Ibáñez Menta as Almafuerte and Pola Alonso.

Almafuerte is the third studio album by heavy metal band Almafuerte released in 1998. The album contains several covers of Ricardo Iorio former band Hermética.
