Abbati is a surname of Italian origin and may refer to:
- Giuseppe Abbati (1836-1868), Italian artist
- Pietro Abbati (1768-1842), Italian mathematician
The term also refers to an improvised fortification made by felling whole trees or large bushes and laying them on their sides in a row. See Abatis.
