Aayushkalam ( Malayalam:ആയുഷ്കാലം) is a 1992 Malayalam psychological thriller- fantasy film starring Jayaram, Mukesh, Sreenivasan and Gavin Packard. This movie is an uncredited remake of the 1990 Hollywood film Heart Condition This was remade to Hindi as Hello Brother.
