Mętlew is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Góra Świętej Małgorzaty, within Łęczyca County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. It lies approximately south-west of Góra Świętej Małgorzaty, east of Łęczyca, and north-west of the regional capital Łódź.
