Xita (Shenyang)

Xita or West Pagoda is a Tibetan Buddhist temple, located in Heping District, Shenyang, Liaoning Province, China. It was built in 1640-1645 during the Qing Dynasty, was destroyed in 1968 during the Cultural Revolution, but was rebuilt in 1998. The area around Xita is known as a Koreatown, where many Korean Chinese live.
