WRHQ
WRHQ (Quality Rock Q105.3) is a gold-based rock adult contemporary radio station based in Savannah, Georgia. Its studios are located in Midtown Savannah south of Daffin Park, and its transmitter site is southwest of historic downtown.
It remains a popular station despite competition from similar stations such as WIXV-FM and WVSC. The station has a fairly broad playlist, including The Rolling Stones, Jimmy Buffett, Elton John, James Taylor, R.E.M., and Billy Joel.
WRHQ is the only radio station in Savannah that is locally owned and operated. WRHQ General Manager Jerry Rogers, a Savannah radio veteran for more than 40 years, also owns the station. Current Operations Manager / Program Director is Angela Snipes
